Key Feature of the Curriculum
This pioneering course will prove good opportunity for the students, as curriculum consists of courses that give students in-depth knowledge and skills in several aspects of cyber security. The curriculum is designed keeping a focus on current workforce need for qualified cybersecurity professionals and practitioners. The main pillars of this curriculum are Cyber Security Assessment, Ciphering, Networks, Cyber Security Assurance, Algorithms, Databases, Measures to mitigate threats and risks etc.
In addition to core subjects, Program Electives are offered to the students to study the topics in more details. To enhance interdisciplinary skills buckets of Open Electives and MOOC courses are being provided.
A full semester Industry Internship is being offered to eight semester students to improve skills in the area of their interest and have hands on experience.
