Application targeted for quick and easy assessment of students in mass. Each subject faculty create unit-wise questions from the syllabus and set the marks and exam duration for that exam. Students for all the years give the assessments thereby automatically generating the merit sheet for all the students instantly.  These marks are further used for internal marks/evaluation purposes. Statistics in Graphical charts, excel file questions uploading facility, downloading the results in pdfs and many more facilities were integrated gradually.  Presently the application is capable of handling with pictorial questions, negative marking, printing all student addresses for parent-teacher meet communications, generation of quick viva questions, taking exams with all subjects’ questions as a single assessment etc.

It has been successfully tested by taking continuous 8.00am – 6.30pm assessments at a stretch, without any break for all the years and for both the shifts. Since 4 years, it is in regular use and the Dept. of Computer Application abolished the system of giving book assignments to the students and instead made this application mandatory in favour of genuine assessments.

The application is extending its services to other departments like CS, IT, First Year BE, Electronics etc.

The responsibility to create the college website was shouldered upon to Computer Application Department with an intention to promote in-house development.

The   website from scratch to deployment from January-March 2012.  Since its launch on 24^th March 2012, handling all the day-to-day updates of all college information. 

During its visit by NBA (National Bureau of Accrediation) in September 2012, the committee applauded the in-house development of website and gave special credit to department.

Desktop software with Client-Server architecture for Girls & Boys hostel Mess.

Software for controlling the sundry & vegetable purchases for both the Boys & Girls’ hostel were created for replacing the manual formats they were maintaining previously.  As the administrator is the Chairman of Ramdeobaba Temple, his office machine made as server and both the hostels were connected as clients for easier monitoring by the chairman. Many upgradations were done for providing the day-wise, month-wise, duration-wise reports for any selected item for all the purchases, issuances and their consumption.
