HOD – Computer Science and Engineering Dr.Preeti Voditel holds a B.E. from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli, an M.Tech. in Computer Science & Information Technology from IIT Kharagpur, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from VNIT, Nagpur. She has over 22 years of experience, including 2 years in the industry with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) during its computerization and 20 years in academia. She has contributed through international publications, patents, and consultancy projects, and is a member of IEEE and ACM. HOD – Electronics and Communication Dr. Rupesh Pais has done BE (Industrial Engineering), MBA (Marketing & Finance), MTech (Industrial Engineering) and PhD in Management from Nagpur University. He stood first in order of merit in the MTech Examination.He is associated with the teaching profession for the last 22 years and also imparts consultancy and corporate training to various industries and organizations.For the last six years, he is successfully running the RGSCT-TIFAC Innovation program for MSMEs of the region. This project resulted in conducting research studies in more than 100 MSMEs. Through this program 26 Projects of innovation were conducted in various MSMEs, 8 Petents are filled and one start-up established. Apart from this, he is actively engaged in the college Business Incubator where he guides and mentors the budding entrepreneurs.He is the Fellow of Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE) and Associated Member of Institution of Engineers (IE).He is actively associated with Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE) and is former Jt. Secretary of National Council of IIIE. He is also serving IIIE Nagpur Chapter as Hon. Secretary. For his contribution to the Industrial Engineering profession, he is awarded with prestigious S. R. Golapudi Award of IIIE.In his personal life, Dr. Rupesh loves to stay busy learning and contributing to friends, students and organizations he loves. HOD – Computer Applications Dr. Rakesh K. Kadu is an academician and researcher with over 23 years of experience inteaching, research, and academic leadership. He holds B.E., M.Tech., and Ph.D. degrees inComputer Science and Engineering. His research interests include Cryptography andNetwork Security, Cloud Computing, IoT, and Machine Learning. He has published widelyin reputed international journals and conferences (IEEE, Springer, etc.), and holds multiplepatents and copyrights. HOD – Chemistry Dr. Sanjogta Meshram holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry (2002) from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, specializing in Organic Synthetic Chemistry. She also holds a B.Ed. degree and has qualified the State Eligibility Test (SET). She earned her doctoral degree in Organic Chemistry and brings over 21 years of rich teaching experience to her academic career. Dr. Meshram has actively contributed to the field through numerous research papers published in reputed national and international journals, along with several patents to her credit. She has presented her work at various national and international conferences and has participated in numerous workshops and symposium. Her research excellence was recently recognized with an Appreciation Award for presenting a research paper at the International Analytical Science Congress 2024, She is a life member of professional bodies such as the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and the Indian Society of Analytical Scientists (ISAS). HOD – Physics Dr Shilpa Kulkarni an acknowledged academician and is currently an Associate Professor at Department of Physics. He holds a vast experience in teaching spanning 26 years. He was awarded Ph.D. from PGTD of Physics, Nagpur University on 2006. His research interests include Solid state Physics and Solid state battery. He has 05 research papers in the internationally reputed journals and more than 7 papers in the national and international conferences. He is a registered PhD supervisor in RTM, Nagpur University. He has 11 years of teaching and 5 years of Research Experience. Published five papers in International and two in National Journals. Worked in Various Committees in RTM Nagpur University. Lifetime Membership in National Association of Physical Education and Sports (NAPES-INDIA). Awarded as a Mentor for getting Maximum no of Championship by any College in RTMNU Tournaments at Annual Felicitation program for different achievements and contribution in Sports Field organized by KHEL-KHILADI-KHEL, Nagpur in 2015. HOD – Electronic Design Technology Dr. Jayu Kalambe received the M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. She is associated with teaching profession from last18 years. Her area of research is MEMS, Biomedical sensor and Systems. She has authored over 20 papers in national and international conferences, and 15 papers in International Journals.
