About Training & Placements
Placements are the core value proposition of Department of Management technology, RCOEM. The department offers a wide choice of selections of trained resource in the field of management like Marketing, Finance, HRM, Operations. Since 2006, students of DMT have excelled in a cross section of companies in various sectors. Many alumni of DMT are working in the best of organizations. The effort is to make the present day students aware and alert about the demands of the corporate and make them more employable. DMT, RCOEM believes in Excellence, we know about our strengths in the form of our alumni, internship companies, placement partner’s consultancy companies and we are proud to be associated with them year after year.
The training imparted in DMT is based on the innovative teaching methodology, which lays stress on quality teaching, field based assignments in the form of and live projects, case studies, productive learning based internship programs which result in suitable final placements. In addition, the support programs like Sector specific trainings are a specialty. The participation by the students in all such activities ensures 360°development in students making them more aligned and equipped for their jobs in the corporate world.
