RBU Application & Admission Process

All admissions to different programs in RBU, Nagpur shall be based on the merit of scores secured in entrance tests as mentioned in the admission brochure

Visit the official website of RBU Nagpur, i.e., www.rbunagpur.in for admission request form. While submitting duly filled in application form you have to pay application processing fees of Rs. 1000 online through payment gateway available on the page. Keep the printout of the application form for future reference.

Instructions for filling the application form

  1. Visit the official website of RBU Nagpur, i.e., rbunagpur.in for admission request form.
    • Click on the button showing “Click here for Application form”
    • You will land on page showing form for “Register yourself”
    • If registering for the first time, then fill the registration form by clicking on the “Register” button.
    • During registration you will receive OTP for mobile number verification. You will also receive one Email for email id verification.
    • After successful verification, you will receive mail containing your login id and password.
    • If you are already registered, then click on the “Login” button by using your Id and password provided during your registration process.
    • On entering your Id and password you will land on dashboard page showing red button for “Apply now”
    • Click on apply now and start filling the form
    • While submitting duly filled in application form you have to pay application processing fees of Rs. 1000 online through payment gateway available on the page.
    • Please read all instructions related to the application form beforehand.
    • Fields which are * marked (in the application form) are to be filled in compulsorily.
  2. Keep the printout of the application form and receipt of application fees for future reference.
  3. The candidate’s application & documents shall be verified and confirmed by the Scrutiny Committee of the University.
  4. Candidates are encouraged to create DigiLocker account and let DigiLocker to fetch all your documents e.g. 10th, 10+2-mark lists, scorecards of entrance exam, etc. for convenience of verification of documents at our end.
  5. On successful submission of application and scrutiny, the applicant will receive mail as per eligibility and admission criteria regarding offers for respective UG/PG programs with user id and password details
  6. For all further process the applicant must use the user id and password received as stated in point no. 5
  7. 5% seats of total seats reserved for persons with disability as per RPwD, 2025 (In case of non-availability of eligible PWD candidates, the seat shall be converted to the general category)
  8. Admissions are given to students based on the merit of the entrance test they appeared for.
