3. School leaving certificate after passing H.S.C. (Std. XII).
4. Certificate of the Indian Nationality of the candidate / School Leaving Certificate having mention of Nationality as Indian.
5. Statement of marks for the Bachelor’s Degree Examination (i.e. the qualifying Degree examination) in case the candidate has passed the bachelor’s degree examination (Candidates who have appeared for final year degree examination have time limit up to 25th September, 2012 to produce the same).
6. Common Entrance Test MAH-MCA-CET-2012 Score Card or AIMCET-2012 Score Card.

Admission Procedure: |
|
1. All eligible and desirous candidates are required to fill the Application Request Form (ARF) which will be available on the college website, http://www.rknec.edu/. |
|
2. Candidates who want to submit their Application Request Form (ARF) by post are advised to make a Demand Draft of required amount (non refundable) in favour of ‘Shri Ramdeobaba Kamla Nehru Engineering College’, payable at Nagpur, from a Nationalized Bank before filling the online Application Request Form. Candidates should fill the ARF, submit and take two printouts. One copy should be kept for the candidates record/reference and the other has to be sent either by speed post or courier, along with the original Demand Draft and attested photo copies of required documents to the following address: |

3. All duly filled ARFs should reach the Office of Dean Admissions on or before 5.00 PM on schedule date. |

4. Local Candidates can submit their ARF directly at the college. They can pay cash of required amount at the college cash counter and collect cash receipt. They also have to fill an online ARF and take two print-outs. One copy has to be kept for the candidates record/reference and the other has to be submitted along with the original cash receipt and attested photo copies of required documents. An acknowledgment of submission has to be taken on the candidate’s copy of ARF for future reference. |

5. Incomplete forms in any respect will be rejected and will not be considered for preparation of Provisional College Merit List (PCML). |
|
6. After last date all eligible forms will be scrutinized and Provisional College Merit List (PCML) will be prepared and displayed on College Notice Board as well as on College Website. Students are required to check their merit in PCML. Regarding any discrepancies such as: not appearing of name / correction in marks has to be brought to the notice of Admission Office by filling grievance form before 4:00 pm, 29th June 2010. |

7. After rectifying the valid and upheld objections, if any, Final College Merit List (FCML) will be displayed on College Notice Board as well on College Website. |
|
8. All candidates are required to attend personally the Institute Level / Management Quota Counseling and Spot Admission Round as per FCML, along with Demand Draft of Required Interim Fees, all original documents, Three Passport Size recent coloured Photographs and Three set of attested photo copies of all documents. |
|
9. All admissions will be done strictly on inter-se merit of FCML at the scheduled time and date. If any candidate fails to attend the counseling on the specified date and time his claim will be lost. |
|
10. After getting Provisional Admission Slip candidate has to complete the other admission formalities in the admission section. |
|
11. Candidates are advised to keep themselves abreast with the latest information on admissions by visiting the college website and follow the schedule of admissions strictly. |
