Note :
1. All admissions will be done as per guidelines of Directorate of Technical Education, for the session 2015-16.
2. Merit List of B.E. First Year shall be displayed on College website www.rknec.edu and also on College notice board.
3. The Provisional admission will be granted on SPOT asper FCML after receipt of all required original documents along with Demand Draft/ Pay order of prescribed fees drawn in favour of 'Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management', payable at Nagpur, from any Nationalized bank.
4. For this vacancy round of First Year B.E. the students already admitted in RCOEM either throught the CAP OR IL/MQ rounds, are not eligible.
Process of submitting the application form for Round-III (CAP Vacancy Round)
Important Note: All applicants desirous to participate in Round-III are informed that due to some technical problem online payment mode is withdrawn and offline mode (either by DD or cash receipt) is accepted.

1. Fresh Candidates those who have not participated in the Round-1 or Round-2  desirous to apply, are required to register and complete the process of submission of online application form. In the payment detail section, enter the DD No. or college cash receipt No. towards the payment of admission application fee of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) non-refundable processing fee.

Complete the admission form procedure by clicking Finish and take the printout of generated PDF and submit the signed printout copy along with photocopies of other documents to the office of Dean Admission either by hand or by post before the last date.

2. Those who could not get any allotment in participated in Round-I or Round-II,  and willing to re-apply for Round-3 are required to use the login Id/ Password to go to profile register and make payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees on thousand only) , either by DD or college cash receipt. In the payment detail section, enter the DD No. or college cash receipt No. towards the payment of admission application fee.

confirm the application form and take the printout of A.R.F of Round-3 and submit or send it, along with the copy of A.R.F of Round-1 / Round-2 (original DD or original cash receipt) to the office of Dean Admission by hand or by post before the last date.

Eligibility Criteria for Engineering (B.E.)
Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSSC (Class XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with compulsory subjects Physics and Mathematics along with one of the subjects i.e. Chemistry / Biology / BioTechnology / Technical Vocational AND Secured minimum 50% marks i.e. not less than 150 marks out of 300 marks.

Basis of Merit

The merit list will be prepared by providing 50% weightage to JEE (Main)-2015  and 50% weightage to the 12th standard examination. (For details please login to the website www.dte.org.in ).
Admission Procedure
1. All eligible and desirous candidates are required to fill the Application Request Form (ARF) which will be available on the college website, www.rknec.edu
2. Candidates who want to participate in the couseling has to submit the print out of  Application Request Form (ARF) available online printable only after making either online payment of Rs. 1000/- (non refundable) or entering the cash receipt number of college, along with self self attested copies of all required documents. Candidates should fill the ARF, submit and take two printouts. One copy should be kept for the candidates record/reference and the other has to be submitted to the Admission Office, either by hand or speed post/courier, along with self attested photocopies of required documents and original cash receipt (if applicable) to the following address:

3. All duly filled ARFs should reach the office of Dean-Admissions on or before 5:00 PM,   27th July 2015.
4. Incomplete forms in any respect will be rejected and will not be considered for preparation of Provisional College Merit List (PCML).
5. After last date all eligible forms will be scrutinized and Provisional College Merit List (PCML) will be prepared and displayed on College Notice Board as well as on College Website. Students are required to check their merit in PCML & FCML on the above given dates on website. Regarding any discrepancies such as, not appearing of name / correction in percentage marks has to be brought to the notice of Admission Office by filling grievance form before 11:00 pm, 30th July 2015.
6. After rectifying the valid and upheld objections, if any, Final College Merit List (FCML) will be displayed on College Notice Board as well on College Website on 30th July 2015 after 5.00pm.
7. All candidates are required to attend personally the Institute Level / Management Quota Counseling and Spot Admission Round as per FCML to be held on 31st July 2015, 2:00 pm onwards, along with Demand Draft of Rs.1,20,150/- drawn in favour of  ' Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management '  payable at Nagpur, for  Required Interim Fees and all original documents, Three Passport Size recent coloured Photographs and three set of attested photocopies of all documents.
8. All admissions will be done strictly on inter-se merit of FCML at the scheduled time and date. If any candidate fails to attend the counseling on the specified date and time his/her claim will be lost.
9. After getting Provisional Admission Certificate candidate has to complete the other admission formalities in the admission section.
10. The date of commencement of regular classes of First Year B.E. shall be announced later.
11. Candidates are advised to keep themselves abreast with the latest information on admissions by visiting the college website and follow the schedule of admissions strictly.
Documents Required
  1. S.S.C. (Std. X) mark sheet.
  2. H.S.C. (Std. XII) mark sheet.
  3. School leaving certificate after passing H.S.C. (Std. XII)
  4. Certificate of the Indian Nationality of the candidate / School Leaving Certificate having mention of Nationality as Indian.
  5. Migration Certificate (if appeared for HSSC examination from other than Maharashtra State Board)
  6. JEE (Main)-2015 Score Card
  7. Eligibility for Linguistic Minority Quota seats.
    Candidates having mother tounge 'Hindi' and domicile of Maharashtra State are eligible.
    For Minority Quota Seats following documents are mandatory (in addition to above):
    (a) Domicile certificate of candidate indicating that he/she is domiciled in the State of Maharashtra by birth or permanent residence.
    (b) An Affidavit (original) in the prescribed format (available on the college website http://www.rknec.edu)
    (c) Proforma - M1 (Certificate from Head Master / Principal of Junior College ). This is latest additional requirement by the DTE, Mumbai. Download Proforma 
  8. Eligibility certificate of RTM Nagpur University in case the candidate who have studied their Std. XII from other than Maharastra state Board. And this certificate can be submitted after admission.
Distribution of seats
Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management is a Linguistic Minority (Hindi) Institute as per the notification by Government of Maharashtra vide Circular no. AES/2008/40/(8)/R.No. 359/2008/Seat No. 1, Dated 12th February 2009. As per the guidelines we have applied to DTE, Mumbai, Govt. of Maharashtra, Minority Development Section, Mantralaya, Mumbai, and Pravesh Niyantran Samiti, Mumbai for the academic year 2015-2016 for following seat distribution:

* These Tuition and Development fees are interim for the academic year 2015-16. The final fee for the academic year 2015-16 is yet to be decided by Shikshan Shulka Samiti, Competent Authority, Government of Maharashtra. The final fee to be approved by Shikshan Shulka Samiti for the academic year 2015-16 will be binding on the students, in view of the circular no. SSS/(Spl.Jt) Higher & Tech. dated 9th April, 2015.
