Nikhil S Damle is the Registrar, Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur. He is a registered Chartered Engineer [India]. He has done his M. Tech Electronics & Communication Engineering from VNIT Nagpur having specialization in Networked Embedded System. He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Information Technology and Systems. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Embedded Systems and Cyber Law. He is recipient of Certificate of Achievement from Deakin University for his achievements in course on Cyber Security for Small & Medium Enterprises: Identifying Threats & Preventing Attacks.

He has Teaching experience of 15 years also worked on various institutional committees. He has published 16 papers in journals and conference of national and international repute. He is a Reviewer of McGraw Hill Education India Pvt. Ltd for Book series on Instrumentation and Controls.

He is presently Nodal Officer, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yogana for Technical Institutions (PMKVY-TI) by AICTE New Delhi. Mentor Faculty Atal Tinkering Lab Initiative- Atal Innovation Mission and Niti- Aayog New Delhi.

He has received Rajya Purskar and Rashtrapati Scout Award for his achievements in Bharat Scout and Guides. He was also Awarded Certificate of Commitment by Central Vigilance Commission New Delhi on 3rd Nov 2016 for adopting Integrity Pledge.
